Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  [01/10/19]  Last Monday at Paige's funeral was sobering.  Little Ella kissing her mommy goodbye was heart-wrenching but the proverbial Dragon [elephant] in the room were the numerous adolescents enslaved by heroin.  Jake [Paige's current boyfriend] spoke during the eulogy.  'God was never my thing but Paige's bookmark fell out when I moved her Bible.  It read 'Dear God – please help Jake find you.'  I miss her so much.'  Jake texted me back 'I would like that [to talk about Jesus].  We never met, but I know who you are.  She talked about you.  You guys going to church.  Thank you for being there for her.  Thank you for being her friend.'

[05/29/19]  Today was Ella's birthday so I contacted Jake and Jodie [Paige's mother] to pray.  Jake responded 'Yeah.  The emotions come in waves.  And yeah I'd like that [to talk about Jesus].  I don't really know if I'm ready for church.  I'm really struggling with that.  I know deep down I believe but I've had so much loss and so much happen in my life I'm fighting so hard not too if that much sense.  Idk, it's a path I think I'll have to find on my own when the time is right.  And yes I'm still in St Paul, border Maplewood.'  Beloved, please pray that we are reunited 'at just the right time' but trust that God nurtures our seeds planted.

Gen 50:20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.

Rom 5:6 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  The Jail was on lockdown due to preemptive security measures.  Denied admittance, I returned to the train platform to rendezvous with our group at Harbor Light Center.  But God declared 'Stop'.  I turned to encounter a young woman named Jackie – my Spirit instantly grieved.  Jackie fidgeted nervously while she shared both heroin and methamphetamine addiction, rampant abuse and utter despair.  I shared the full Gospel Message then the Jesus Christ / life raft analogy.  Although atheist, Jackie recounted three Divine Encounters with God then shrieked as she discerned recent demonic attack.  I stared deep into my sister's eyes – the windows to our soul – then shared my personal testimony.  She gasped; eyed instantly dilated.  Surrender imminent, a car screeched before us – the spiritual atmosphere suddenly inverted.  Her boyfriend approached to distract her heart posture before God.  The Parable of the Sower pierced my heart.  I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit but perceived clearly that 'The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.'  Beloved, please pray that we are reunited but trust that God nurtures our seeds planted.  In Christ, Jason.

Mt 13:18-19 Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart.  This is the seed sown along the path.
