Dear Messengers:
Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome! During our worship and prayer at the clinic we watched A Gift of a Bible from Penn Jillette, a devout atheist magician/comedian. He clearly encountered the Holy Spirit when presented with a Gideon New Testament in 2010. This devout atheist shared 'How much do you have to hate somebody to not proselytize? How much do you have to hate somebody to believe that everlasting life is possible and not tell them that?' We stood convicted. At MOA, I encountered a homeless gentleman named John who declared 'I know about Jesus.' John was raised Jehovah's Witness but converted to Wicca due to 'my Celtic roots'. 'Out of the frying pan into the fire.' John shared about an abusive, mostly absent father. I shared my personal testimony then confronted psychological projection [our earthly father's attributes upon our Heavenly Father]. I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit then explored paternal Identity. John recently heard from adult daughters Zalatia and Michaela who were removed by Child Protective Services as toddlers. Both daughters are Christian and Zalatia found temporary refuge at Matrix Emergency Shelter with John. Please pray that John finds permanent refuge within Jesus Christ. Beloved, who must you tell?
Ps 18:2 The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Jer 16:19 Lord, my strength and my fortress, my refuge in time of distress, to you the nations will come from the ends of the earth and say, 'Our ancestors possessed nothing but false gods, worthless idols that did them no good.'
Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome! We encountered a serene gentleman named Dana who declared 'I am Christian.' I shared the full Gospel Message then we dissected Made Alive in Christ. Dana was raised Roman Catholic but abandoned religion due to pervasive scandals. We explored How to Know God [Without Being Religious] but my Spirit was grieved. I portrayed absolute surrender but Dana felt adequate due to 'But the priest prayed for me. I ate the little white circle.' [Eucharist bread] Seven Woes on the Teachers of the Law and the Pharisees pierced my heart. I shared the Jesus Christ /life raft analogy but Dana was buoyed up by 'But I am a good person like Buddha.' Please pray. In Christ, Jason.
Mt 16:11-12 'How is it you don’t understand that I was not talking to you about bread? But be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.' Then they understood that he was not telling them to guard against the yeast used in bread, but against the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
2 Cor 13:5 Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you – unless, of course, you fail the test?
Our children are dying. I need your help to share Christ with the lost.
Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
MOA Outreach
Wednesdays 6:30pm to 9pm
Our outreach is based at the Mall of America. We meet at the Institute for Chiropractic Rehabilitation PA at 8200 Humboldt Ave S STE 204, Bloomington, MN 55431 prior to 6:30pm. After worship and prayer, we drive to the Mall of America east parking ramp. We share Jesus Christ in the mall, at the MOA Transit Center or on the light rail. Redemption Ministries Outreach
Fridays 6pm to 9pm
Our outreach is based downtown Minneapolis. We meet at Mall of America Transit Center PRIOR TO 6pm. We depart on the METRO Blue Line train at 6:03pm SHARP to share Jesus Christ on the train, the Minneapolis Jail, Hennepin Ave and Harbor Light Center. B-Rock Outreach
Sundays [1st only] 11am to 1pm
Our outreach is based near Bethel's Rock Church. We meet at Bethel's Rock Church at 7601 Girard Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423 to attend the 9:45am service. At 11am we proceed downstairs then share Jesus Christ with our neighbors. My prayer is to replicate the B-Rock Outreach to mobilize THE Church – the body of Christ. God doG Outreach
Sundays [1st and 3rd] 1:30pm to 3pm
Our outreach is based at Harbor Light Center. We meet at Harbor Light Center at 1010 Currie Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403 to partner with Park Assembly Church. God doG [a hot dog served with the Holy Spirit] was founded to nourish 'the least of these' to share Jesus Christ.
