Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  I reunited with two homeless friends named Duane and Dan.  I shared Truth and Love but The Parable of the Sower pierced my heart.  Beloved, we plant and water seeds but God nurtures them.  Whatever the question, Jesus Christ is our answer.

Nang and Yang Moua are my children.  Technically older siblings to the six children we adopted in 2012, Nang and Yang call me Dad and Tristan, Grandpa.  I returned from MOA to learn that Nang and her son visited but were coerced to leave by her cultural husband.  Despite our prayers and support, she is enslaved by Methamphetamine and profound abuse.  Whatever the question, Jesus Christ is our answer.  Please pray.

1 Cor 3:5-7 What, after all, is Apollos?  And what is Paul?  Only servants, through whom you came to believe – as the Lord has assigned to each his task.  I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.  So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.

2 Cor 1:3-5 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.  For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ.

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  As the gentlemen arrived, Terrance quipped that Ghost Peppers burn twice – enter and exit.  Mt 23:27-28 pierced my heart.  I opened in prayer about the Ghost Peppers in our lives – that 'which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.'  I shared the full Gospel Message then we unpacked our consequence to unrepentant sin.  Brian stared downward but then interjected 'You asked about my walk with Christ.  I am not on that walk.  I went through confirmation but know not Jesus.'  I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit then shared my personal testimony.  Brian had numerous, fundamental questions to which we summarily contrasted essential Christian doctrine from denominational minutia.  I shared the Jesus Christ / life raft analogy then asked 'Brian, what would prevent you from surrendering your life to Jesus Christ right now?'  Our eyes locked, frozen in silence.  BOOM!  The Holy Spirit reigned down upon us.  The minutia burnt up to reveal Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior.  In Christ, Jason.

Mt 23:27-28 Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!  You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.  In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

Jn 14:6 Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through me.'

Our children are dying. I need your help to share Christ with the lost.

Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
