Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  I planned to rendezvous with a homeless couple but God's plans supersede.  I observed a distraught gentleman seated on a MOA Transit Center bench entombed within proverbial walls.  I observed a friendly policeman nearby with whom I shared Christ to purposely expose my Divine Encounter to secondhand pillar of cloud.  Then I shared 'Hello.  My name is Jason.  I am with a local Ministry and I would love to pray with you.'  Tears rained down.  Bill sobbed 'I am sorry.  I didn't mean to eavesdrop but I heard what you said.  I would love to talk but I'm not religious.'  I responded 'Neither am I' then portrayed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ antithetical to institutional religion.  Bill shared 'I attempted suicide two years ago after I lost my children.  But my daughter Addison awoke at 5:50am with a nightmare.  Her screams awoke my ex-wife who then heard my suicide note email chime at 6am.  I was dead but the paramedics revived me.'  I shared the full Gospel Message then divulged my personal testimony.  I stared deep unto my brother's eyes then presented my Jer 29:11-13 bookmark.  I declared 'Our virtually identical stories.  Addison's nightmare.  Our encounter tonight.  These are not mere random coincidences – Jesus Christ pursues you.  I quoted Jer 29:11-13.  BOOM!  The Holy Spirit reigned down upon us.  Bill shrieked 'I believe that Jesus is real.  Please pray that I may fully repent.'  Please pray.

Jer 29:11-13 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.  Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  We encountered a challenged gentleman named Anthony who declared 'I am Lutheran.  I know about God but I'm not right with God.'  I inquired 'What makes us right with God?'  Anthony replied 'I must stop drinking and have an apartment.  Then I will be right with God.'  Pregnant pause.  I shared the full Gospel Message, emphasizing justification.  Anthony remained confused.  I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit then reiterated the full Gospel Message in elementary terms to ensure comprehension.  I declared 'Jesus wants you to be sober because alcohol hurts you.  But Jesus loves you even when you drink.  Being right with God is not just about alcohol.  Being right with God is about personal relationship with Jesus Christ.'  BOOM!  The Holy Spirit poured out revelation upon us.  Anthony dropped to the ground to become 'right with God'.  In Christ, Jason.

Rom 5:1-2 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand.

Eph 2:1-5 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.  All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh and following its desires and thoughts.  Like the rest, we were by nature deserving of wrath.  But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions – it is by grace you have been saved.

Our children are dying. I need your help to share Christ with the lost.

Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
