Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  I encountered Jesse, a young methamphetamine and heroin addict sentenced to attend treatment in St. Cloud.  But Jesse received a furlough to attend a grandfather's funeral.  He revealed a Jesus Christ tattoo 'But [Jesse] ran away from the Lord and headed for' trouble.  I shared the full Gospel Message then my personal testimony.  Jesse shared extreme, violent demonic attack and probable possession.  He recounted numerous suicide attempts via overdose – even a failed strangulation.  'I awoke with the leather belt still around my neck but it had untied from the shower head.'  Several busses had departed so we walked to my car.  I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit then prayed to exorcise the demons indwelt within my brother.  Jesse trembled but felt 'alive and free' when finished.  I saw another Messenger nearby so I asked permission then ushered Mary to the car.  We laid hands upon our brother as he cried out to Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior.  Then Mary sang.  'In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.'  [Lk 15:10]

Jon 1:1-3 The word of the Lord came to Jonah son of Amittai: 'Go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it, because its wickedness has come up before me.'  But Jonah ran away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish.  He went down to Joppa, where he found a ship bound for that port.  After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the Lord.

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  We read 'Sometimes we treat evangelism as a heavy burden.  Instead of cheerfully scattering seed everywhere, we become soil testers, trying to determine whether or not the seed will flourish even before we plant.  But God has called us to plant the message of the gospel in whatever field he places us.  It is the Lord of the harvest who nourishes the tiny seeds and causes them to grow.'  [Excerpt from Tecarta DOTD 07/16/18]  Convicted was I.  In Quad 9A, we encountered Kabaar, a dyslexic millennial who I assumed was Muslim.  Kabaar was mired down by the Pentateuch – both semantically and spiritually.  Ps 69:13-15 pierced my heart.  He cried out 'I must fix my sin before I approach God.'  I shared the full Gospel Message, emphasizing Rom 5:6-8.  BOOM!  The Holy Spirit reigned down upon us.

Later in Quad 8A, we encountered James, a millennial methamphetamine addict who I recognized from MOA.  As we dissected Seventh-day Adventist's beliefs about mandatory Saturday worship, I tangentially declared 'Jehovah's Witnesses is a cult.'  [Both religions have altered their Bibles [Clear Word Bible and New World Translation respectively] to support their theologies.]  James screamed 'Wait!  Jehovah's Witnesses is a cult?  What?'  We shared Truth and Love then I shared the full Gospel Message.  James screamed 'Where were you when I needed to find you?'  I declared 'James, you needed to find Jesus Christ!'  BOOM!  The Holy Spirit exploded upon us.  An hour apart, both men fell to the ground to declare Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.  In Christ, Jason.

Mt 9:35-38 The Workers Are Few.  Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.  When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.  Then he said to his disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.'

Our children are dying. I need your help to share Christ with the lost.

Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
