Dear Messengers:
Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome! During our worship at the clinic we sang 'And far be it from me to not believe; even when my eyes can't see. And this mountain that's in front of me; will be thrown into the midst of the sea.' [It is Well by Bethel Music] The abject spiritual warfare that afternoon demanded we 'Put on the full armor of God.' But upon arrival at MOA, I struggled to find my Divine Encounter. I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit then felt drawn to a dimly lit bus shelter. Therein, I encountered Theron – literally glowing. I offered prayer but 'T' broke down in tears. My brother cried out 'I was raised Jehovah's Witness. I don't know how to pray.' I shared the full Gospel Message, emphasizing Jesus' Deity. Theron's bus departed so I shared the Jesus Christ / life raft analogy seated in my minivan. I declared 'Jesus Christ is God. Jesus Christ is the Narrow Gate. Jesus Christ sent me to save you from hell.' BOOM! The Holy Spirit exploded upon us. We wept as Theron cried out to Christ Jesus as personal Lord and Savior. We then drove home – to the exact apartment [near Bethel's Rock Church] where I lived two decades prior. 'Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.'
Eph 6:11-13 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome! We encountered a gentleman named Joshua who shared 'I believe in God and worship the one name under heaven by which we must be saved – Our Blessed Mother Mary.' I shrieked in horror. Joshua later shared 'We are saved by our good works' then 'Only the Pope can hear God's voice.' My Spirit felt impaled. We attempted to share Truth and Love but alas, the 'scales' fell not. Not yet. Please pray.
I noted a women hidden behind a column as l later exited the Jail. I had missed my train but walked the block to the train platform. The Holy Spirit pierced my heart. Although I would miss another train, I heard God's voice patently. I walked back to the Jail vestibule then peered behind said column. I whispered 'Hello. My name is Jason. I am with a local Ministry and I would love to pray with you.' Tears burst forth as Teri regurgitated abuse, methamphetamine addiction and utter despair. I began to speak True Identity unto her wounds when Stan suddenly appeared. Kimberly [Teri's sister] arrived with whom we shared United Way 211 then invitations to Church. Beloved, whatever the question, Jesus Christ is our answer. In Christ, Jason.
Acts 4:8-12 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them: 'Rulers and elders of the people! If we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a man who was lame and are being asked how he was healed, then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. Jesus is 'the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.' Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.'
Eph 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.
Our children are dying. I need your help to share Christ with the lost.
Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
MOA Outreach
Wednesdays 6:30pm to 9pm
Our outreach is based at the Mall of America. We meet at the Institute for Chiropractic Rehabilitation PA at 8200 Humboldt Ave S STE 204, Bloomington, MN 55431 prior to 6:30pm. After worship and prayer, we drive to the Mall of America east parking ramp. We share Jesus Christ in the mall, at the MOA Transit Center or on the light rail. Redemption Ministries Outreach
Fridays 6pm to 9pm
Our outreach is based downtown Minneapolis. We meet at Mall of America Transit Center PRIOR TO 6pm. We depart on the METRO Blue Line train at 6:03pm SHARP to share Jesus Christ on the train, the Minneapolis Jail, Hennepin Ave and Harbor Light Center. B-Rock Outreach
Sundays [1st only] 11am to 1pm
Our outreach is based near Bethel's Rock Church. We meet at Bethel's Rock Church at 7601 Girard Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423 to attend the 9:45am service. At 11am we proceed downstairs then share Jesus Christ with our neighbors. My prayer is to replicate the B-Rock Outreach to mobilize THE Church – the body of Christ. God doG Outreach
Sundays [1st and 3rd] 1:30pm to 3pm
Our outreach is based at Harbor Light Center. We meet at Harbor Light Center at 1010 Currie Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403 to partner with Park Assembly Church. God doG [a hot dog served with the Holy Spirit] was founded to nourish 'the least of these' to share Jesus Christ.
