Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  During our worship and prayer at the clinic we watched A Gift of a Bible from Penn Jillette, a devout atheist magician/comedian.  He clearly encountered the Holy Spirit when presented with a Gideon New Testament in 2010.  This devout atheist shared 'How much do you have to hate somebody to not proselytize?  How much do you have to hate somebody to believe that everlasting life is possible and not tell them that?'  We stood convicted.  At MOA, I opened my eyes from prayer to find Justin [the gentleman I encountered at Peavey Park last Thursday] slumped on the ground.  Justin shared about an abusive, mostly absent father.  I shared my personal testimony then confronted psychological projection [our earthly father's attributes upon our Heavenly Father].  I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit then God circumcised unforgiveness from our hearts.  Our brother is so very close to absolute surrender.  Please pray.

Dt 30:6 The Lord your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

Thanksgiving at Peavey Park SHALL BE awesome!  Jesus Christ and coffee.  Jesus Christ and turkey sandwiches.  Jesus Christ and one hundred pumpkin pies.  And Jesus Christ.

Ps 100 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  We read 'Sometimes we don't want to know God's will because there are areas in our life that we aren't ready to deal with yet.  Recovery is a process for us.  We may be ready to pray for God's will in some areas but feel uncomfortable having God's light shine into the areas that are still hidden in shame.'  [Excerpt from Tecarta DOTD]  James shared 'I believed in God so I'm good.'  Via Socratic method I queried 'What is good?'  He retorted 'I used to believe in God but too much has happened for me to believe.'  The Parable of the Sower pierced my heart.  I shared the full Gospel Message then we unpacked our consequence to unrepentant sin.  I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit then heard God of the Impossible by Dr. David Gibbs Jr.  We dissected Jesus Walks on the Water – notably 'Jesus made the disciples get into the boat'.  We dismissed the Quad – except James.  I shared the Jesus Christ / life raft analogy then asked 'What would prevent you from surrendering your life to Christ right now?'  Noncommittal, I shouted 'Jesus stands before you but you blame God about your sin.  Trust Jesus or perish eternally.'  BOOM!  The Holy Spirit exploded upon us.  James collapsed to the ground in surrender to Christ Jesus.  In Christ, Jason.

Jn 16:33 I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace.  In this world you will have trouble.  But take heart! I have overcome the world.

Our children are dying.  I need your help to share Christ with the lost.

Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
