Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  I sat down with Gary, a homeless gentleman sprawled on the ground.  He shared ice cream while I shared The Bread of Life.  Gary is Roman Catholic while I was previously but then rejected religion due to its hypocrisy.  Gary stated 'God is Religion' while I declared God to be Jesus Christ.  He shared 'I truly know Jesus because I literally consume Jesus' body and blood during Communion.'  [Transubstantiation]  My Spirit was grieved.  I gave Gary How to Know God [Without Being Religious] then described total surrender to Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior.  Please pray that the 'scales' fall from our eyes.  Beloved, Love Twin Cities 'is an opportunity for the church to experience the book of Acts and to grow in hunger to live a lifestyle of intimacy and mission.'

Mt 23:13 Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!  You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people's faces.  You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.

Acts 9:18 Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul's eyes, and he could see again.

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  We examined The Death of Jesus then discerned that our personal sin nailed 'the author of life' [Acts 3:15] to the cross.  We then pondered our response to 'At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.'  [Mt 27:51]  During our corporate prayer, I was sobered to hear one recurrent theme.  Despite their hard personal circumstances, every man prayed for their children.  'Whoever fears the Lord has a secure fortress, and for their children it will be a refuge.'  [Prov 14:26]  In Christ, Jason.

Dt 4:9 Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live.  Teach them to your children and to their children after them.

Dt 6:5-7 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.  These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.  Impress them on your children.  Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

Our children are dying. I need your help to share Christ with the lost.

Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
