Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  Zach apologized profusely.  We planned to rendezvous at MOA last Sunday to attend Church but Zach never arrived.  Zach mourned 'My grandfather just died but my cellphone was stolen.'  We encountered Stephen who had returned from Rochester.  Both men are homeless, alcoholic and consumed with shame.  Zach is an atheist who feels unworthy to be loved; Stephen is an astute entrepreneur, recently unemployed.  As we sat upon the dirty concrete, I shared my brokenness but then 'the God of hope'.  I realized that our group dynamics inhibited both men from truly barring their souls.  I prayed to be led by the Holy Spirit; Romans 12 seared my mind.  We prayed fervently but then scheduled separate 'hospitality'.  Please pray.

Rom 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Rom 12:9-16 Love must be sincere.  Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.  Be devoted to one another in love.  Honor one another above yourselves.  Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.  Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.  Share with the Lord's people who are in need.  Practice hospitality.  Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.  Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.  Live in harmony with one another.  Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position.  Do not be conceited.

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  We resumed dialogue with Denny whose rampant methamphetamine abuse invited demonic rendezvous.  Denny shared that meth would 'open a gateway to hear angels speak.'  Demonic, fallen angels.  I reiterated the full Gospel Message in elementary terms to ensure comprehension.  I shared the Jesus Christ / Life Raft Analogy to blatantly convey our paramount decision between 'The Narrow and Wide Gates.'  Jesus is good; Jesus leads to Heaven.  Satan is bad; Satan leads to hell.  Denny remained confused.  Please pray for revelation.  In Christ, Jason.

Mt 7:13-14 The Narrow and Wide Gates.  Enter through the narrow gate.  For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.  But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Jn 10:9-10 I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved.  They will come in and go out, and find pasture.  The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Jas 1:13-15 When tempted, no one should say, 'God is tempting me.'  For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed.  Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

Our children are dying.  I need your help to share Christ with the lost.

Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
