Dear Messengers:

Last Wednesday at MOA was awesome!  I encountered Aaron, a homeless child merely seventeen.  Aaron had previously attended Church but blamed God when 'bad stuff happened'.  Aaron's pregnant girlfriend was just fifteen.  He planned marry her, complete high school and work to support their family.  But a miscarriage and her bisexual affairs destroyed dreams and caused Aaron to reject Christ.  I shared the full Gospel Message, emphasizing the consequence to our sin.  I offered my personal testimony while Aaron divulged a similar scene.  But he 'forgot' to load the clip.  As we spoke, Aaron ultimately acknowledged that Jesus Christ caused that handgun to be empty.  Aaron texted me back this morning 'Thanks.  I hope everything gets better.  It will eventually.' I responded 'It will.  But only through your absolute surrender to Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior!  Jesus is pursuing you!  You just need to receive Him!'  Please pray.

Jn 10:7-10 Therefore Jesus said again, 'Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep.  All who have come before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep have not listened to them.  I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved.  They will come in and go out, and find pasture.  The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

'The primary goal of every church should be a people working as a first aid station at the gate of hell.  It is messy, can be a lot of work, but it is the beckoning call of the heart of Christ.' [Pr. James Biffert 01/28/18 ABM]

Last Friday at the Minneapolis Jail was awesome!  Last week, Kendrick wept as he shared 'Last Friday I returned to my cell.  I prayed for two hours then opened my Bible.  The first time in about four years since my parents died.  I asked Jesus back.  Amen!'  Tonight, our brother was terrified.  'Several nights ago, I opened my Bible to read but it was snatched from my hands.  I struggled to hold on but it flew across the room.  I went to pick it up but it slid further away.  I sat wondering if I was insane or whether this was really happening.  I finally grabbed it but I am scared.  I don't understand.'  We discussed our struggle 'against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms', The Parable of the Sower but also 'in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.'  We laid hands upon our brother in fervent prayer.  'Go and do likewise.'  In Christ, Jason.

Eph 6:10-13 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.  Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.  Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

Rom 8:37-39 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.  For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Lk 10:36-37 'Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?'  The expert in the law replied, 'The one who had mercy on him.'  Jesus told him, 'Go and do likewise.'

Our children are dying.  I need your help to share Christ with the lost.

Dt 24:16 Parents are not to be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their parents; each will die for their own sin.
