Meet Dr. Jason

Dr. Jason M. Fredericks, DC, BS, BA, CSCS, NSCA-CPT is the president of the Institute for Chiropractic Rehabilitation PA, The Bread of Life, Redemption Ministries and Weight Management Systems. He founded and personally leads several local outreaches, to include the MOA Outreach each Wednesday, the Minneapolis Jail Outreach each Friday and the B-Rock Outreach each month.

Dr. Jason teaches exercise rehabilitation at Fairview Riverside Hospital and hosted Health Matters, a television program dedicated to natural healthcare.  He recently served as Honorary Commander to the United States Air Force Reserve 934th Airlift Wing [AFRC] and founded the Hmong Neej Tshiab Girl Scout Troop at Mary's Place shelter.  He specializes in exercise rehabilitation to restore normal function and stop pain.  Our goal is to permanently improve abnormal biomechanics and posture through highly specific, personalized rehabilitation programs designed to correct your underlying problem.

Dr. Jason founded The Bread of Life as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.  Our mission statement is: John 6:35 Then Jesus declared, 'I am the bread of life.  He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.'  The Bread of Life was founded to provide artisan breads to missionaries to help them reach the widow or the fatherless, the alien or the poor to share Jesus Christ. We bake more than eight thousand loaves of bread annually at Wooddale Church – Edina that are distributed through numerous local ministries.

Dr. Jason founded Redemption Ministries to share Jesus Christ with the imprisoned – both in jail and imprisoned in human trafficking.  He founded Weight Management Systems to help patients restore their lives.

Dr. Jason received several degrees from Northwestern Health Sciences University and another from the University of Minnesota.  He received postgraduate education through the American Academy of Clinical Applied Spinal Biomechanical Engineering, Chiropractic Biophysics, Pettibon Spinal Biomechanics and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Dr. Jason is an Ordained Minister and Chaplain with training in both Emergency Services and Jail/Prison Ministries through United Christian Faith Ministries [UCFM].  Dr. Jason and MayKao Fredericks have twelve children [six biologically and six adopted in 2012].
